Steve Giangiordano
A native of Greenville, Pennsylvania, Mr. Giangiordano holds a B.E. degree in
Metallurgical Engineering from the Youngstown State University. He began his career in 1979
with Republic Steel in Canton, Ohio, as a Process Product Metallurgist.
In 1984, Mr.Giangiordano joined RMI Titanium Company in Operations and Process Engineering. He held various management positions in Quality and Technology from 1989 through 1993 and
advanced to Senior Director of Technology in 1994, and held that position until his
appointment as President of Galt Alloys in 1999. In 2002, he was appointed Senior Vice
President of the Titanium Group, and he assumed the position of Executive Vice President in
2007.
Appointed to Executive Vice President of Technology and Innovation in 2008, he has
served as a member of the Youngstown State University CSTEM Dean’s Advisory Board and
as a member of the Board of Directors of the Advanced Manufacturing Research Center.
