Buildings as Power Stations - Progress

Hosted by Professor David Worsley - Research Director SPECIFIC, Swansea University 

David will review progress since his lecture to SMEA in 2015.

SPECIFIC have a £26M project to develop integrated solar energy systems. They are working with industrial partners Tata Steel, Pilkington and BASF plus Swansea and Cardiff Universities.

SPECIFIC are developing  and evaluating  a range of  innovative coatings for roofs, walls, steel and glass.  These developments are  combined with energy storage systems  for a wide range of buildings.
