Taking your manufacturing digital - From timesheet to tablet

01 December 2021 - 08 December 2021

AMRC North West, based in central Lancashire, is a world-class centre for advanced manufacturing research and innovation, and is part of the University of Sheffield Advanced Manufacturing Research Centre (AMRC).

We help the region’s manufacturers grow and prosper by de-risking and developing industry-transforming technology solutions to improve productivity, customer experience and drive profit.

If you are a small or medium-sized enterprise (SME), make sure you join us at our new research centre in Samlesbury for a fully-funded workshop to learn how your manufacturing business can access and benefit from the adoption of industrial digital technologies.

The workshop will be delivered over two days where you will hear from our experts in digital manufacturing, finance and SME support who will help demystify what digital transformation involves for your business.

The workshop is designed for SMEs and will cover:

  • Why digital technologies are essential to the growth of your business
  • How you can begin to transition from timesheet to tablet on an SME budget
  • How to avoid common pitfalls and break down barriers to adoption
  • How to create your own digital transformation strategy
  • Highlight what support and funding is available to you.

When: December 1 & December 8, 8.30am-4.30pm
