If you are a small or medium-sized enterprise (SME), make sure you join us at Burnley Football Club's Turf Moor stadium for a fully-funded workshop to learn how your manufacturing business will benefit from the implementation of lean manufacturing practises.

The full day workshop, with lunch & refreshments provided, will provide an insightful overview of the principles and benefits of going lean. You will hear from our experts who will take you through the pillars of lean manufacturing, demystifying the myths and demonstrating high-impact, easy-to-apply practises for your business.

The workshop is designed for Manufacturing SMEs and will cover:

  • What is lean manufacturing and how it will benefit your business
  • The pillars of lean
  • Getting more out, for less in
  • How to avoid common pitfalls and break down barriers to adoption
  • Where to start for your business

Following on from the workshop, an expert from AMRC North West will visit your business and conduct a line-walk with you to help identify opportunities and quick wins that will directly impact your bottom line.

This workshop is in person and open to Lancashire-based manufacturing SMEs and are fully-funded through the European Regional Development Fund. Eligibility criteria apply.
