On July 7, we will be putting on two free tours specifically for SMEs in some of our most impressive buildings: Factory of the Future and Factory 2050. AMRC Factory of the Future
A 6400 sqm facility housing an array of cutting-edge machining centres and equipment. It is designed to allow partner companies to develop and trial new technologies and processes before introducing them to their own factories. See what our Machining and Composites researchers have produced.
AMRC Factory 2050
The place where digital meets manufacturing. Step inside the UK’s first state-of-the-art factory entirely dedicated to conducting collaborative research into reconfigurable digitally assisted assembly, component manufacturing and machining technologies. A whopping 6,730 sqm landmark circular glass building home to some of the world’s most advanced digital technologies.
