Farnborough International Airshow 2026

20 July 2026 - 24 July 2026

The University of Sheffield Advanced Manufacturing Research Centre (AMRC) will be at the Farnborough International Airshow (20–24 July 2026), as part of the High Value Manufacturing (HVM) Catapult on the Aerospace Technology Institute (ATI) stand.

Farnborough remains the essential meeting point for the global aerospace ecosystem, bringing together everyone from SMEs to global OEMs to explore what's next. Key themes at the airshow this year include global security, advanced technology, artificial intelligence, supplyac chain and sustainability.

Why come see us?

This year, the industry conversation is shifting away from the ‘next big idea’ and onto the hard reality of how we deliver aircraft at scale.

Our focus at the airshow will be on showing how the AMRC can help the industry adopt new technologies and unlock the volume production needed to secure sustainable, net-zero flight – supporting the ATI’s ambition to double the market value of the UK aerospace sector by 2035.

Featuring a deep dive into UK capability and innovative technologies from Loop Technology, Prestwick Aerosystems Limited and more, the showcase will bring to life the strength and depth of the UK aerospace sector.
