North West Additive Manufacturing Forum: growing the AM supply chain

13 July 2026 - 13 July 2026

About the North West Additive Manufacturing Forum

The North West Additive Manufacturing Forum is a regional cluster founded by the University of Sheffield Advanced Manufacturing Research Centre (AMRC) North West and its partners, with the aim of connecting manufacturers, engineering firms, technology developers, researchers and users of additive manufacturing (AM) technologies.

Why attend this AM industry event?

As additive manufacturing technologies continue to mature, this member exclusive event will bring together some of industry’s key drivers, including leading OEMs, machine vendors and post-processing specialists, as they share their thoughts on the key considerations, opportunities and challenges around building a supply chain that is not only capable and trusted, but also more sustainable and resilient.

The discussion will also explore how collaboration and local manufacturing can improve supply chain resilience, reduce environmental impact and create new opportunities for UK SMEs.

Meet the panel and industry experts

Hosted by AMRC North West's head of additive manufacturing, Dr Evren Yasa, the session will give members the opportunity to hear from experts as they discuss the above topics and share exclusive insights and experiences of their own AM journey to date.

Gain first-hand insights into the industrial AM journey from:

  • Leonardo
  • Seco Tools
  • Renishaw
  • Another major global OEM.

Breakfast and coffees will be provided before the session, and there will also be multiple opportunities for networking with fellow members and stakeholders.

Please note: This is a member-exclusive event.
