Wales Tech Week 2025
24 November 2025 - 26 November 2025The High Value Manufacturing (HVM) Catapult will bring its world-leading capabilities in digital technologies and sustainable manufacturing solutions to Wales’ largest international tech summit.
By partnering with Wales Tech Week 2025, taking place November 24–26 at the ICC Wales, HVM Catapult will join a line-up of global partners – including Intellistack, Vishay, BT, and Thales – as well as industry leaders, investors, policymakers, and entrepreneurs, to showcase the talent, ingenuity, and ambition of Wales’ tech ecosystem on the world stage.
Industry and manufacturing have always been at the heart of Wales’ identity. The Catapult is a network of innovation centres across the UK and its newest site, HVM Catapult Baglan, is providing South Wales manufacturers with the tools, expertise and space to supercharge their productivity – from advanced robotics and additive manufacturing to virtual and augmented reality.
With a focus on digital transformation, decarbonisation and skills development, the Baglan site is expected to generate up to £18 million in additional GVA annually within five years, helping Welsh businesses increase efficiency and strengthen their competitiveness on the world stage.
Wales Tech Week 2025 is a free-to-attend event uniting decision-makers across technology, manufacturing, energy, and more, offering a dynamic platform of world-class speakers, exhibitions, and networking. Be sure to visit the University of Sheffield AMRC stand, where we will be demonstrating some of our projects and technologies—including a 3D printer, smart workbench, and a fly-through of a digital factory—to help you succeed in your critical manufacturing challenges.
