Our Powys ADAPTS programme aims to support and upskill employees at 16 Powys manufacturers by providing them with access to industry leading knowledge transfer, training and advanced manufacturing technology. The programme is open to manufacturing businesses of all sizes and is fully funded by Powys Council’s UK Shared Prosperity Fund allocation.

Nod ein rhaglen ADAPTS ym Mhowys yw cefnogi ac uwchsgilio gweithwyr 16 o Weithgynhyrchwyr ym Mhowys drwy roi mynediad iddynt at dechnoleg gweithgynhyrchu uwch, hyfforddiant a throsglwyddo gwybodaeth sy’n flaenllaw yn y diwydiant. Mae’r rhaglen yn agored i fusnesau gweithgynhyrchu o bob maint ac mae’n cael ei hariannu’n llawn gan ddyraniad Cronfa Ffyniant Gyffredin y DU Cyngor Powys.
